Beef Roast (Large Crock Pot)
1-large beef roast
1-bag small carrots
1-large onion
1-stalk celery
4-6 small potatoes
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Wash all vegetables well. Chop onion, celery, and potatoes into large bite size pieces. Wash and handle meat as directed for safety. Place all ingredients in large crock pot adding just enough water to be even with ingredients. Salt & Pepper to taste. (Note: Meat will cook natural juices out so be sure not to add too much water.) Cook on high over night about 8-10 hours or until meat is very tender, depending on your pot. Recipe submitted by: Libby
