Cheeseburger Pie
2-cans Crescent Rolls (8 rolls each)
2-lb. ground chuck
1-large Ragu' Spaghetti Sauce (meat flavored)
2-small cans mushrooms (chopped)
1-large onion
1-large bell pepper
2-bags Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1-stick butter
Brown ground chuck in large skillet, transfer to pot. In smaller skillet, saute' drained mushrooms, chopped onion, and bell pepper till very tender. Stir in saute' mix and spaghetti sauce with ground chuck in pot and heat till sauce is very warm, not hot. Line a 9x12x2 baking pan with Crescent rolls, stretching them out to cover bottom and sides of pan. Pour in pot mix, top with cheese and bake at 450 about 20-30 minutes or till cheese is melted and Crescent roll edges are brown. Cool slightly, cut and serve warm. Recipe submitted by: Libby
50's Tuna Dish
4-cans tuna
2-cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 (or 4 oz.) bag Long Grain Rice
Cook rice till tender, drain, spread in oblong serving tray (or pan). Drain tuna and spread evenly over rice. Heat Cream of Mushroom soup then pour over tuna and rice. Serve hot. Recipe submitted by: Libby
Bratwurst and Kraut
1-bag Kraut
1-pkg Bratwurst sausage
1-stick butter
Brown large sausage links on cookie sheet at about 400, turning once to brown evenly. In baking casserole dish, add bag of Kraut, place butter in center. When sausages are browned, trasfer to casserole dish using tongs, spacing evenly in dish. Bake covered 30-45 minutes at 350. Serve hot. Recipe submitted by: Libby
